On 11th April, I had initiated a wallet refund of Rs. 2412. The reference number created for this was NH[protected]. Till date no amount has been refunded to me. In july, the support team wanted my bank statement to be furnished so that they could make the payment. Though this is not the right way I have furnished the bank statement and yet no payment is made.
If I go to the makemytrip portal and try to click on the refund tracking details. It just renders to a new booking screen.
There are many difficulties as the support ticket is closed and any enquiries made by email, an automatic email is sent in return stating that the ticket is closed. How is a ticket closed without a resolution. I would like to know.
My mobile number provided in the site is only text based now and I have a new alternate mobile number in [protected]. I am unable to make phone calls with this number. Was this information helpful? |
