We made a booking through mmt for lemon tree aurangabad booking if nh[protected] and due to website error it booked for 1 guests whereas we entered 2 guests and now after repeated compliments they just reply that we have to rs 1700 approx extra instead of rs 500 which is really very bad and they are not replying to our calls. This is a harassment to a senior citizen and such a approach is uncalled for and it shows how unprofessional this company is Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have asked for a tax invoice of my stay which was raised on 25th Aug with Reference id:[protected] i have bot received a solution till date. Would like to know how many days do they need revert back. If i have booked a hotel from them i must get a tax invoice against it.
