MakeMyTrip — Refund/ Compensation for holiday package ID#NL[protected]

I booked a Andman holiday package with MakeMyTrip which includes flights, sightseeing, road transfer and activities. After Go first flights cancelled, they called me up to book the flights by own. I am surprised, even how they can say this to customer while my package already includes flights. Even their term and conditions clearly sating they will do alternate arrangements for unforseen conditions.

MMT reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re- routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable
alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this

Finally, after a lot of cummunications with MMT, they remain rigid and keep asking me to book the flights own. Now, my travel date (21 may- 26May) is passed and they destroyed my entire holiday plan. It causes a lot of mental harassment and I robbed with Rs 94k which is the cost of package. Please help me to get the refund and compensation (for harassment and destroying my holiday plan) from MakeMytrip. Thanks in advance.
