[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — refund of cancellation not done from last 2 months

I have booked tickets for my colleague on 24 july and since the second name was changed, airlines advised me cancellation ticket and asked me to make fresh bookings and since then i have not received the refund of the same. I have airlines twice they mentioned to get in touch with make my trip.
I have made second booking with one spelling wrong and called immediately to customers support of airline and they confirmed that changes have been done. Later there is no email or message for corrections done, at times travel stopped my colleague for saying name is not matching and took inr 3000 and let her travel, she got to pay for some once mistakes just because there was no other option to travel. We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

In reference to your concern, we apologize for delay in response, however, while validating your case we have found that, for your first booking with PNR W8F5UY we have received cancellation request on 30-Sep-17 and on the same day we have initiated full refund of Inr 6818/- with refund reference number#[protected]. The same should now be reflecting as per bank processing cycle.

Also, in reference to the other booking with PNR UC4CMM, change in name and charges is completely their policy. We do not have any control over the same being an travel agent. We feel sorry for the inconvenience. We thank you for writing to us.
