[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — regarding mistake of website | |
Air ticket was booked for me along with my family on 11th june 2019. Booking id: NF[protected] Mobile number: [protected] Email id: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@yahoo.co.in .But due to certain circumstances we had to go on 9th of june .Hence i clicked on the change of date option and set the date on 9th june.The bill was shown and i paid the amount but after the booking it was shown that the ticket had been shifted to 6th of september instead of 9th of june.I had no work on 6th so i cancelled it and got the refund the partial amount but the mistake was from their side and when asked to customer care they are stating they can't do anything and are not accepting the mistake.So who will take the responsibility of my remaining amount gone.I want full refund of my money Was this information helpful? | |
