[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Amount deducted from bank account but no tickets Issued | |||
Hi Team, I tried booking ticket from Trivandrum to New Delhi, amount is deducted from my bank account but tickets are not issued saying error on the page, click to go to Home page. I tried booking below ticket for 2 adults: IndiGo 6E-316 18:50 Trivandrum 23:05 New Delhi 4h 15m 1 Stop Services Rs.6, 737. I can see in my bank statement the transaction is done for Rs.14074 with below details: (Screenshot also attached) PURCHASE SUBJECT: OFFUS 26FEB1433 Card no.: 5081XXX2XXXX5605 26FEB Make Make My Trip Pvt New Del Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 26FEB1433 I have also tried booking tickets from New Delhi to Cochin, and its successful.
