We were trying to book tickets from LA to Rome - we saw tickets for $1044 and tried to book them... we were chatting with Ms. Bhawna (your agent) to ask for promotion code details but she took almost an hour because of which our ticket fares increased to $1076.. when we tried to book that (inspite of the fare increase which was not our fault) there was some error with your website and my credit card has been processed twice for a total amount of $4200...which exceeds my credit card limit because of which i cannot book any more tickets. Secondly, some agent named Sujoy Bagchi called us and asked us if we would like to book our tickets through him.. we agreed but then he informed us that the tickets we were looking for has increased to $1400... so we decided not to book and let it be. Thereafter he called us atleast 20 times and we got frustrated and answered and he was rude... we also emailed him to tell him to stop harassing us...but he still kept calling until we actually shouted at him to stop calling since it was 12 at night here. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS HARASSMENT FROM YOUR AGENTS.
