Hi, Booking ID : IN1501B7S301410 Hi, I used my debit to book for the above booking ID through your website but money deducted but no ticket issued. i sent mail, no replies, i am trying to contact through toll free and other contact numbers which has been provided by you to contact but its absolutely waste as am keep waiting waiting for hours but could not reach any representative. It has been one month and my personal timings going for this every day along with depressions. Money Deducted : 30.000 INR Date: 11 Feb 2015 Bank: ICICI Account : Debit/Savings The below complaints has been raised through my login ([protected]@gmail.com) but of no use.. just eyewash for customers. I got message from customer care that it has been processed on 28th March but still now, I haven't received the amount despite checked with my bank also. Why is this delay and just for sake of it, you are providing some comments here to.. Its been two months now struggling like anything to get hold of your team with no result.. Customer care.. always engaged.. Even if I connect after 1 hour, I will get nothing concrete resolution.. Am sure you will loose customers very soon and you all guys will be out of the market.. Very soon.. Mark my words... its not one customer... most of the people are struggling to get refund from your organisation and customer service is pathetic and worst.. Don't have words..
