MakeMyTrip.com — Refundable fare | |||
I had booked a a ticket in makemytrip.com from chennai to bangalore and banaglore to chennai. In the eticket and also the site, it is mentioned as a refundable fare but when i wanted to cancel the ticket, Indigo flights are not refundable is what thge customer service person had told. Why is it mentioned refundable for Inigo domestic flight when it is not. I had wasted my ticket fare due to this issue. I would like to press charges against make my trip for providing a service which is false. Was this information helpful? | |||
