On 13.03.2015, 1900 hrs we tried booking a ticket from Mumbai to kochi, we managed to until the last step however the AMOUNT WAS DEBITED from my account BUT I DINT RECEIVE THE TICKET. I immediately tried calling the customer service number ( which takes ages to get connected ).
The most horrible part is the line keeps getting disconnected every time I started speaking to the executive. I narrated my problem almost to 10 people at the customer service, And no matter you call them at 8 in the evening or 9.30 in the morning they are always having high call volumes.
