Dear authority, am a regular customer of malabar gold and diamonds for the last 20 years, now its the end of a twenty years of deal with your organization. the issue is as follows, i have ordered for a birthstone ring in gold on[protected] from your thalasseri branch, kannur, kerala. during the time of order they told me that they will receive the ring with in 30 days, but it took 44 days .why is that so.i think its a kind of cheating during the time of order taking. and also after 44 days(today) the ring i have received is totally different in design and with different stone .i have ordered for blue sapphire, i got ruby. so satisfied. thanks for your good service . thanks Was this information helpful? | ||
