Malabar Gold & Diamonds — Online Order[protected] product not received

Team this regarding my subjected order post my so many reminders there is no response from any one online shopping concern person to resolve my issue.

Is such a big brand has so low value customer care services?

Awaiting for early response on my refund on urgent basis.

Vaibhav / Ajay with regards to our last discussion on 18th Dec 20 you were suppose to provide the update on my trail mail complaint in a week's time.. post 1.5 month till date there is no response from your end, neither have concern to contact back.

Really is Malabar Gold have so low standards of working and so poor complaints resolution policy.

Neither the raised complaint is been resolved post 4 months, provide my refund for paid chain which I had never received till date from my purchased date i.e 17 Oct 20.

Note resolve the complain on urgent basis by refunding my paid gold chain money on urgent basis.

Further Note I had also taken up this matter with consumer forum and looping them in all my trail mail communications now, since you team are not interested in resolving the issue, being so big brand and have really very low standards of working to resolve the raised complaint neither bothers to contact back the customers.
