Whenever i track my order with everyday its showing late by every 2days.. As on today it is showing 9days late. I had paid in advance for my product via card payment. Now i really disappoint with the service. They don't even respond. I want to cancle my order but there isn't an option, i want refund

Updated by Ganesh Danier Now it is said that my Request id has been closed ... I WANT my money to get refund ...as of today it is showing 10days late
I ordered gotukola eye massager and kajal the status of my order I'd [protected] is showing delivered..but I haven't received my package yet ..I really don't understand what's going on..tried calling customer care but no use please help
full of attitude and ego not answering the call and call cut again and again i hate this delivery boy
