[Resolved]  Manappuram Finance — online payment not credited to gold loan amount

I paid Rs 1200 against to my manappuram finance against the Gold loan account through paytm on 03/04/2019 at 4.55 pm.I received a message from paytm and manapuram finance about "payment success" but that amount was not credited to my gold loan account.That the same day, I made two payments through PAYTM against this loan account that the first amount of ruppes 1000 is reflected to this loan account but the second payment of rupees 1200 against this gold loan account is not credited at the loan amount till now..PAYTM says that they have transferred the amount, but Manapuram finance does not give a clear answer about it.now really i lost 1200 rupees. and here i attach the payment information.
