My daughter’s school - manav rachna international school sector 46 gurgaon has asked for tuition fee, annual fee, ict charges, infrastructure and development charges and professional carrier guidance starting from april 2020. They have divided the amount in 8 instalments starting from september.
I want to know, are the schools allowed to charge the above mentioned amount starting from april? The school has mentioned that as per the government instructions, school are allowed to collect the remaining charges along with the tuition fee.
Some people lost their earning/job during this pandemic. It’s not fair to collect the dues from april.
Please look into the matter.
