Manish Patil — Gas card name change.

Since last 6 months i am trying to change my father's name (Vasant R.Patil) to my name (Manish Vasant Patil). I was already registered complaint (No.146465)related to change name & all supporting documents submitted. My Consumer No is: 1437. My Father was expired due to heart attack so my gas booking card change to my name for my use but I am not able to link my adhaar card for further registration. So i want to change the name of my father to my name. and we enable to get gas cylinder battla. so please i request you do complete this process at your end.
