Medicine parcel dispatched from nasik on 13.Oct. 2016 through DTDC .But till date I have not received. But your tracking details shows it is delivered without any proof of receipt. The reference number is P38408063.
I checked with local dtdc agent & he confirmed that he lost it. This medicine is required urgently by the patient. The cost of the medicine is INR 3000/. You have to act on ASAP basis.
