Manobal Packers And Movers — Shipment and theft of item with no action on insurance

I contacted them for shipment of my home stuff from pune to nagpur but in the mid of tansit which i eventually received lated by 3 days and all items in damaged condition.

My leather jacket work 10k was stolen. When i complained about this the owner kishan said he will pay but on follow up for a month he said he will pay but still i have not receive any reimbursment also the insurance was marine transit insurance ( hod kniws which dock shiping yard exists in pune and nagpur)

So i still havent got the money .thats the only issue i have all the rexordings of the converaation.can be proof of our deal.
