Manthan Broadband — cable tv service

I am a subscriber of cable tv services of manthan broadband pvt ltd. I have subscribed to the elite package with monthly subscription fee of rs 390/-.
My cable operator is tirupati cables (86b, monohar pukur second lane, kolkata - 700029, tel[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], proprietor : kanai mondal).

My viewing card number is 68374053.
My digital box number is 0x3e138b6d.

For the last one month, the following two channels are not being shown in my tv:

1) warner brothers : channel number - 712, serviceid= 246, videopid= 3276, audiopid = 3277

2) zee etc bollywood: channel number = 343, serviceid= 0124, videopid= 1256, audiopid = 1257.

For both the above mentioned channels, the screen on tv is displaying :
Channel encrypted, error code = tun220
