MapMyIndia cheating it's customers. After collecting two year valid 4 map update plan, they are not providing any updates and saying it is not valid for in dash systems. Either in their website or at the time of product sales, they never mention the 2 year Update Plan is just for the take away systems. I have paid Rs. 1, 750/- for the 2 year update plan on 15/02/2014 and provided only one update. Now the new version update is released and I have contacted for the latest version and the three day time they told many excuses as their server is down and finally now the same executive taken the order saying I'm not eligible for the updates. I'm proceeding to file suit against MapMyIndia through Consumer Protection Forum and fight against them through media. MapMyIndia never mentioned that the 2 year Update Plan is not eligible for the in dash systems anywhere in their website.
