Marg Compusoft — data convert into tally

Respected sir, my self bunty and we purchase your software one month ago from your faridabad branch. When we purchase software we ask him that you convert your data into tally. They say ok. But now they not able to do that. He say that software not upgrade and continue lingre that last 25 days. Tomorrow and tomorrow definality do that but now he says contact delhi office. My accountant and ca not able to do work. Now what can we do. Please clear my complaint as soon as possible and contact me. Your delhi office not pick phone last 8 days. Please solve the problem, we know that you do that earily. Thanks
