Marq Washing Machine — i received damaged product, still no replacement

After getting so much dissatisfied by the action of flipkart i had to write it. Iyour team takes lot of time to resolve an issue, i have raised an issue on 24 it is still not resolved, and i have been given an extended date for some.

Every time a new incident no is issued but neither flipkart team has tried to resolve the issue, nor the technical team jeevs team is solving anything, i ordered a product flipkart assure marq washing machine which was delivered to me on 13 oct the installation team came on 16 evening 7 pm iwas not present at home, my wife and friend received him. The team jeevs (Mr rafi) came, he himsel[censored]nboxed the item, and told about washing machine, he didn’t explained the installation process, also the machine installed was having unstable position (I. E. The machine was standing on three legs) on asking the reason the technician answered it id like that only and advice to buy a new stand, also the technician left one panel namely rat protection panel was kept left open, on asking same he answered that it doesn’t matters, machine doesn’t have any relation with it.

On 23 when i retuned form my duty place from outer station, i found out that the marq machine legs was not erect, and bent also a big dent on the product i complained the same thing to flipkart executive, i was given a date 27 oct, next day i complained for the replacement, i was further given a date 28 oct, but some how in flipkart app it showed that the replacement got processed for this a technician also visited,

Mr karunakar came 28 oct, and took the complaint and also took videos and pics of the damaged washing machine. He ensured that the product will be replaced and assured me that he will update the same,

Today on 31st my replacement got cancelled, without any reason.

Also a new date was given to me 04 of nov 19.

During all these days i have been in state of tension due to unsolving nature of flipkart, i ordered the washing machine on 4th oct and its been almost 26 days from the order day.
