Www.igrsup.gov.in marriage registration website issue -

Totally useless website... Not providing payment receipts and certificates, Helpline number given on site does not work and no other point of contact given for help.

I have paid twice but neither payment reflect on site nor any receipt sent on mail id. it show error message and does not return to portal after payment gateway site.

I have raised this issue with NIC and several other related people including mailing to CM Uttar Pradesh, but I have not received any response yet.

Now the payment option has been removed from the site.

I have also raised an complaint on www.jansunwai.up.nic.in portal, now waiting a response.

Raised @ the same web site on 17th AUG n after 7 days closed automatically - compliant no[protected]

I make payment of 150 / rs. But after payment it did not updated as shown you did not make any payment with registration number[protected].
So please make a concern in this issue and update the payment status as soon as possible so that i could submit my documents to related office.
