[Resolved]  Marrow — My marrow plan b account has been blocked as I tried changing the device

I recently shifted from plan c to plan b a month ago... Yesterday my old phone broke down and when i tried switching my marrow account to the new phone. They ate showing that my account is blocked.. I have done nothing to break any legal policy... No sharing of accounts.. Have been using marrow since more than 1 year... Please help
