Dear Sir,

I, Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, resident of Mumbai have been cheated by the one of the
Resident from Delhi. I request you please go through the below mention details and come out of some resolution so that some other person like me cannot be cheated again.

Description of the Complaint:

I have a ordered a product BlackBerry PRIV Smartphone Black of Rs. 20, 999 on monthly emi scheme on 15th May, 2018 from Amazon wide Order No:[protected] which was delivered to me on 21st May, 2018. The Product was delivered to me with a proper packet on which the address of the sender (shipped from) was mentioned as under Mobile deals LLP, Metro Mall, Arya Samaj Road No.1, Karol Baugh, New Delhi 110005 along with the contact no i.e [protected] of the person or merchant who has shipped me the product.

After analysing the product for 1 day, the product does not match with my expectation so i decided to return the product. On 22nd May, 2018 I had telecon on no: [protected] which was mentioned on the packet as stated above and person to whom i spoke he told me his name as Mr. Rahul, he told me to return the product to them on the above mentioned address and told me to write 12/16 before the word Metro Mall, and he also told me to send an email of the courier receipt and once they will receive the product they will initiate the refund process through Amazon.

And Sir, accordingly on 23rd May, 2018 i have couriered the product by The Professional Courier (Receipt is attached) and also sent the email on [protected]@gmail.com to the Mobile Deals LLP and marking a CC copy to Amazon at [protected]@amazon.in.

The product was delivered to the above mentioned address on 24th May, 2018 and from that date i have started following up with Amazon and till date Amazon is saying to me that they have not received any confirmation from the seller. So i started contacting with The Professional Courier in Delhi, from there Delivery Run Sheet it was cleared that the Mr. Govind the Delivery Boy has delivered the product the above mentioned address which was accepted by some person named as K. Sing with a stamp of SYS.

I on personal basis have made a contact with Mr. Govind he told me that he have delivered the product and just for some confirmation i have also told one of my friend who stays in Delhi, to visit that shop and ask why they are not giving any response. When my friend alone visited to the shop, the person named as Mr. Ravindra who was there inside the shop, he denied by saying that they have not received any such product and when on the second day i.e today when my friend have visited to the same shop with the courier Boy i.e Mr. Govind then he agrees that he have received the product but denies to give that back and told him to contact with Amazon. And when my friend told him that we are going top file a complaint against him he told that you will not get back your product.

Sir, by having a good faith and good hope on Delhi Police i am writing this email, please treat this case as a serious fraud done by the above named person Mr. Ravindra, as i think i am not the alone person to whom they have cheated but they are many more person to whom they are cheating.

I pray to the Delhi Police to do the needfull of investigation, and i also agree that i am worried about my refund of Rs. 20, 999/- but Sir, the question is not about the amount it is about the fraud which is taking place in your presence in Delhi.
