Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo — courier have not received at the destination but company dealers saying it's delivered

I have submitted a cheque to be delivered to noida but it has not been delivered till now and on their website its showing delivered. Very poor service this company is providing to customers better it should shutdown its services. I would not recommend to anyone for using the courier services of this company better to go with the speed post.
The below is the status of my courier but it has not received at the destination address.
