Maruti Insurance — payment of insurance renewal is debited from my account.

Address:VC colony, Gulbarga, Karnataka, 585222

For renewal of insurance no 11874010 i logged into www.MarutiInsurance.com.

By ref proposal no: sr1817162 dtd 31.03.2020 rs.12461/- is paid by goggle pay with ref no. Upi-hdfc [protected]@hdfcbank-hdfc[protected].

This transaction is failed, but payment is debited from my sb account.

Kindly clarify the matter & refund the amnount.

My policy(MOP5544303) expired 03.04.2020 .i was already paid via barath QR code at 03.04.2020 amount has debited from my account but not renew my policy.
