Maruti Insurance — Cheating the customers by not giving the complementary coupons

We had renewed our car Insurance in M/s. Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd.
Maruti dealer.

As it was mentioned as maruti dealer i had faith on them and renewed the policy.

Till now i had not received the hard copy and also the complementary coupon.

Last year too they did not gave me the complimentary coupon.
This time the person itself visited our place to check the car. Even Though that time too he didn't give us the coupon.

When asked they said only after we paid the Insurance amount they will give the coupon.
till date we had not received the coupon

Daily iam contacting that bharathi, who is not picking up my phone.

now iam really afraid to renew the Insurance with their dealer
they are cheating the customers.
I had send the mail directly to marutiinusrance dated on 23.04.2021 . But till no response from them.
