Maruti Insurance — complaint about your marketing team

My car insurance is with your company, your follow up starts 6 month before the date of expiry of the policy,, if it is before one week or two week, it is understandable. Please instruct your team to avoid this type of aggressive marketing
Second thing, if an insurance is renewed for years, what verification you need again.
If it is new, your verification is understandable, for renewal why you waist the time of customer to get any verification, the thing advisable is to check the documents in your hand properly before renew the indursnce

Dear sir
I was advised to renew car insurance on 13 Jan two weeks in advance by adviser and pay online .I was told that it takes time to process and you will get original policy paper within 10 days .
It is disgusting that I have not received policy even after so many days .MH12GR 2004 is my car.
