Maruti Insurance — complaint regarding non-supply of "certificate of insurance" | |||
I have renewed my insurance premium of zen estilo (Wb 24r 8629) on[protected] i. E. Prior to the date of lapse of my previous insurance on 2 jan, 2018. A cheque amounting to rs. 5738/- was drawn in favour of bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. It was done by maruti suzuki authorized dealer (Premier carworld pvt. Ltd.) office at park mansion, 57a, park street, kolkata-700 016. Money receipt was obtained vide r. No. 53958 dated[protected]For the period of[protected] to[protected]. It is an irony of fate that the said certificate of insurance not received by me instead of several phone call to the authorized dealer premier carworld pvt. Ltd. All my efforts gone in vain to pursue the same instead of my busy schedule of work. Please provide me copy of my policy no.[protected] ( NATIONAL INSURANCE CO.LTD) for my car no. TN-72-BZ-6666 which is urgently required for duplicate papers of car. Please don't treat this as a complaint.
