I had an accident in November 2022, therefore I got in touch with them to file a claim. Almost a month later they finished fixing all the damages to my car and returned it to me. A few days later I noticed that the car's air conditioning wasn't working, so I immediately contacted them about the problem. To my surprise, the following day the same problem was still present, so I contacted them again and asked them to come to pick up my car and fix the problem and leave because I have a very tight schedule at work. A few days later, the manager informed me that the problem cannot be diagnosed due to a lack of resources, so the car must be sent to the service department. When the assigned service manager called, he claimed I must pay approximately 7, 000 for the repair, which I categorically denied. They called the following day to let me know that the automobile had been fixed and will be sent to you the following day after passing various tests. and when I got it, I discovered some damage to my car.
