I had an accident in November 2022, therefore I got in touch with them to file a claim. Almost a month later they finished fixing all the damages to my car and returned it to me. A few days later, the manager informed me that the problem cannot be diagnosed due to a lack of resources, so the car must be sent to the service department. When the assigned service manager called, he claimed I must pay approximately 7, 000 for the repair, which I categorically denied. They called the following day to let me know that the automobile had been fixed and will be sent to you the following day after passing various tests. and when I got it, I discovered some damage to my car.
