I renewed my new India insurance policy thru maruti insurance portal on 7th mar 22, the transaction was success and amount got debited. But I didn't received the insurance soft copy, so called maruti insurance customer care. They said due to some reason Renewal rejected and I will get the refund in 2 days. I waited till 16th mar 22, and called again, the executive said they will take complaint and I will get the amount in 10 to 15 days. I waited till 5th APR 22 and called again, they said they escalated the case and I will be contacted in 2 days. Nobody contacted me, and my money is stuck.
I really don't understand the kind of service they are providing and the value they are giving to customer and to their money. Was this information helpful? |
