Maruti Insurance — false and wrong commitment by pagariya auto

I got call from pagariya auto regarding expiry of my insurance, then they have send there representative to collect the cheque, on friday 30th dec dey committed me to give insurance in next 30 mins which dey failed, till date there is no any communication from the dealer nor i have awarded with new insurance my car insurance is expiring today, and i m out of station with the car, i was given commitment from there representative mr somnath satpute that he will give me insurance copy same day, on the day wen he collected payment he switched off the phone and now he is not receiving the call, and there is no action taken by the pagariya auto till now.
