Sir- I paid 3858-00 rs on 8 th February, To Renew my car policy one of your staff or Agent Mr RAjESH is working in your company house to cal me 10 times daily. So ipaid online throuh My SBI bank to Your HSBC A/C Amount Reciveed from your side HSBC BANK. After I cal Mr . RAjESH he said you paid to BIMAL AUTO MAHADEVAPURABRANCH, HE SAID I will find it out then I will send copy of policy, still today I have not reciveed any copy of policy & Response, So suggest me what next.
