I jinsha k, ower of baleno delta vehicle number kg 03-ac-1916 and taking insurance from your kollam (Sarathy autocars kollam, kerala) office on 23/01/2019, vehicle number is kl-03-ac1916 wrongly mentioned in the insurance paper as kl-03-ac1619 and i already reported to the kollam office that day itself, and called several times but it is not rectified yet.
