Dear sir/mam Gentle reminder Dispite my ample follow-ups, i still no have received my original policy. Please see my below email. Regards BS Rawat I have renew my policy on 7th dec 2018. But till today i haven't received the hard copy. I have already complain regarding this at your customer care but they only say that they will forward my complain. I am totally fed up with maruti insurance there is no any one to take own responsibility. Could you please do the need full at the earliest my policy number which i got it from e-mail is[protected]. Even after succcessful payment of policy renewal, I didn't not receive the hard or soft copy of the renewed policy even after the start date of the policy.
