Maruti Insurance — maruti insurance policy hard copy

I have renewed my car insurance policy on 7 dec 2018 but still i am waiting to receive hard copy of insurance policy. I do got a text message from maruti that policy will be delivered in 7-10 working days but still it is not received even after 177 days of insurance renewal.

My car licence plate is dl9cae7350.

Kindly arrange to provide me the insurance copy at the earliest.
