No. DL9CAS8705 CAR POLICY NUMBER:[protected] NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY Dear Sir/Madam, On 11th October, 2021 I claimed on this policy for the following damage of my Wagnor Car: - 1. Front Glass 2. Front Bumper 3. Left Side Head Light 4. LHS Aprons 5. Hoods 5. LHS Heading Kts & others parts Which occurred on 10th October, 2021. Although customer executive of AAA Vehicleades Pvt. Ltd., Mundka Division has reviewed the matter and said that your Front Glass will not be changed and rejected my Front Glass damage insurance claim. I believe that I have supplied sufficient evidence to him and also proved that my claim is covered by the policy because it’s Zero Depreciation Covered. After paying huge amount, I believe that I have been unfairly treated and unless you can offer some proposals for settlement within 7 days, I intend to refer my complaint to the Disputes Tribunal.
