Dear sir/ma'am, I am nilamjyoti dutta. I have renewed my car policy against the car registration no as01dp9049 on 12/02/2019. But till now i have not received hard copy of the same. It is very unexpected fact from a reputed company like maruti. Therefore, i request you to look in to the matter seriously, so that people can trust on your company. I have repaired my swift dzire in apurva motars farrukhabad under claim. The accident took place on 6th jan & i submit all documents at once after accident. Apurva delivered the car back on 27th jan. But still i didn't get any claim aftr 3 mnths. Reg no. Is UP76 S1053.Owner is mr. Ratibhan singh. Kindly short out the issue asap.
