Really its strange, i have received response after 16 days.

Also, insurance company response said that “other claimed damages were disallowed”, this was my original concerns and looking the answer that why it was disallowed even that was happened during the same accident.
I am not sure, what type of response i have received. If you see records, i have logged my complained on 21 dec 2016 (Complaint # [protected]) and called more than 10 times but no response.

Is there is any sla?

Looking the answers of my questions.

Sir,

I made a car accident on 17 dec 2016, i was standing in traffic and other car hit my car from behind, my car rear end damaged and my car also hit the another car standing ahead to me.

Due to that car rear portion as well as car front bonnet was damaged. My car insurance company is not approving the claim. The servair (Rajiv batra - [protected]) is saying that front damage is not justifiable, however it was damaged during the same accident.

I made a complaint at maruti insurance on 21 dec 2016 for the same but i have not received response till date.

Looking speedy resolution as my car is standing at maruti workshop since last 13 day due to above mentioned issue.

I purchased car from rohan motors limited, mathura road, new delhi on 24 may and car is insured by baja allianz.
My question is that insurance company is selected by maruti not by me, now if they are not clearing the claim then maruti must help to resolve the issue.

I am also attaching the accident site photograph, which will explain that my car was skid and hit another car ahead to my car.
. Pleas see the space between both cars.
