Maruti Service Masters — Car Servicing at Maruti Service Master, Okhla
This has reference to the company owned service outlet Maruti Service Masters at Okhla, where I visited on 1st April, 2021 to get servicing work done of my Maruti Dzire Car bearing No. DL1CR2207. Mr.Basant Kumar, Service Advisor has attended my car and assured that the service work will be done alongwith AC Servicing of Car with the Drycling of car as a complimentary work.
On 2nd April(Good Friday), which was a holiday, I called up Mr.Basant to know the status of my car but by that time my vehicle was not ready and was told to visit the next day at about 11 AM or so, which was working day where I had a meeting planned at 3 PM at my office, Steel Authority of India Litd.(SAIL) where I am working as an Assistant General Manager(AGM).
I visited the Okhla service center at about 12.30 and was told that the all the work has been done and you are required to inspect the vehicle. But to my surprise, my car was unattended and no work was carried out by the service engineers, and the car was parked near the Exit gate waiting to get the gate-pass.
When I inspected my vehicle, I pin-point some of area –
a) Washing of Car was not at all done. Dirty mud flaps can clearly be seen and I pointed out some dark patches. Door rubber was not fixed up. Dirty Door Panels was also shown to Mr. Basant Kumar, for which he called one person to remove the patch with a soap and for other patches he told that it will not go, for this the car has to go to Body Shop.
b) Front side grill was also not in place while giving the vehicle, which was shown to Mr.Basant. Tt was found as it is, not touched. On pointing this, grill was refix then and there.
c) The front bumper Cover on both side was pops out and had missing some plugs around the front tires, this work was also not done. On complaining, it was got fixed in a hurry.
d) Accumulation of some water spots after rainstorms were also visible at the back-side of vehicle. After long discussion, it was removed while giving the plea that this work does not entertain here as it is a Body shop work.
e) Inside the car was also dirty, only the dry vaccum cleaner was applied and the drycling of car, which was a complimentary job was not done. My car is a single handed car, where in the back seat it was not so dirty only one patch was there which is still visible. Mr. Basant told that they have carried out dry-cleaning job, but this patch will not go, meanwhile he called someone and wet the car seat covers, with the dirt spot remains as it is, explaining that if they perform dry-cleaning again, it will harm the seat cover.
These are some of the areas where I pointed out while observing my car from outside and get the work done while shouting and standing at the exit gate for 2 hours. As I had a meeting planned at my office, I rushed to my office as it was 2.30 PM therefore remitted the payment of Rs.11, 816/- which was not worth to pay.
After serving the car I am not feeling the difference of work done and more over AC servicing is not so effective.
This is my worst experience with the Maruti Service Master at Okhla, where you called yourself ‘Masters’.
In view of the above, and being a lady customer, I will never suggest anyone to go to ‘MARUTI SERVICE MASTERS’. Suitable action may be taken to save time & money of customers who trust you. Waiting for your positive response
