Maruti Suzuki — Damage happen during free check up

I am S. Monalisha Devi, ICAR, Fisheries Scientist by Profession, presently working in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island. I have purchased Maruti Suzuki SWIFT DZIRE VDI (2013, April). My car is in very good condition, till date I have not shown any sort of negligence towards my car, it may be during driving or maintenance work. I always go for on time servicing and not at all delay. I would say, I have kept my car at best condition since we are planning to keep for many years due to emotional attestment, being my first car I have purchase with my own money. On 06/04/2015 at 9.30 a.m I have given my car SWIFT DZIRE VDI Reg No. AN01H6176 for servicing regarding caliper greasing and link rod check as per suggestion from your Maruti Suzuki Agency House, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island. The Supervisor checked and told that I can take my car back on the same day during evening hours. But at 12 noon i got a call from Maruti Suzuki workshop that my car had a minor damage during servicing. I and my husband rushed to maruti workshop and I was shocked to see my car condition. GM (Service, Port Blair) told that car had fallen down from lift. For your information i am enclosing the letter/undertaking from Maruti Suzuki, Port Blair). He told that vehicle had slipped from lift and damage left side both doors, running board, front wind shield, front left pillar and left side mirror (total damage into pieces). I would say my car is completely damage out of negligence from Maruti workshop. From external view the car may get repair but is their any assurity about internal (engine or chasis) had not been damage because the car had fallen from a height. If not immediately there is no assurity about the problem in car that will arise in future. I have demand for a new car to Onwner/Proprietor Maruti Suzuki, Port Blair. We tried to solve the issue with him. But I cannot agree the condition he had kept in front o[censored]s (I and my husband). I have purchase my car at Rs. 6, 98, 443 with invoice No. VSL 13001067 dated 30.04.2013 of P. white colour, paying down payment of 1.5 lakh and rest of the amount through SBI Car loan Rakshavihar, Port Blair. My loan for 7 years amount is left with Rs. 4, 33, 417, completed 23 months of payment an EMI of Rs. 9400/- per month. Now Owner/Proprietor Mr. Nanda, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island told that he will provide with a new car by closing the loan amount that I am having right now, it will be clear by selling my old car and will go for new car loan. The loan will go for another 7 years and EMI of Approx Rs. 12, 000/- per month plus and extra money that I have to pay Rs. 60-70 thousand. I am really surprised. Here, I would say why should I pay for the damge that I have not done? I have not damage my car. What all happen is out of Maruti Suzuki Workshop negligence. Out of their negligence why should I pay???? For your kind information my car was in very good condition and now after this damage, they have given my car value Rs. 4.15 Lakh. No words to express my anger. I have already send my complaint to [protected]@maruti.co.in, [protected]@maruti.co.in on 8th april 2015. Its already 16days over no reply till date. I dont think my car wont create any problem in future after fallen down from height. So, we want a new car and let me clearify from my side that I am not at all ready to spend even a ruppee for the new car. I want justice from your side at earliest. Consider it as top most urgent. For your information Andaman & Nicobar Island receives heavy rainfall and its been started. I have gifted this car to my husband on his birthday (27th April) 2 years back, but I am really very sorry to say out of all this incident my husband has to travel by local bus. He was on board research vessel since 8th April and he will be back by 27th april morning on his birthday. He is coming after 20 days. But till now no solution came up. I was eagerly waiting for reply from Maruti New Delhi but still I am waiting. I have 2 small kids one is 3 years and other one 6months. Since they are kids frequently they will be sick now and then, at present I am taking them to clinic and hospitals hiring auto or using my 2 wheeler. I am unable to control my anger. Due to negligence from Maruti Workshop, Port Blair, my daughters, my husband and of course myself we are suffering. I want justice from your side at earliest. If the problem has not been solved at earliest. I will take this issue to Consumers Court.
