Maruti Suzuki — Gift Coupon

Sir, I had bought a Swift Dezire on[protected] from Competent Automobiles showroom at Mandi (HP) and got fixed MGA accessories of worth Rs. 30, 000 and was promised/told that this value being more than Rs. 20, 000, I will get a gift coupon but even after 04 visits to the showroom I have not got the coupon and the staff is giving strange excuses.
