Maruti Suzuki India — 41 days still no rc

Dear team,
Since 31/08/2020 to 07/10/2020 its more than 41 days i have purchased my suzuki super carry and still i have not received any of my official documents such as rc and number plate where the mobile number has been entered wrongly and everyday the dealership employees only give excuses and ask for time. If i have to just wait for the excuses then for what i am paying all my emi for my vehicle without being run.
This is just unprofessionalism by the dealership
Everyday there is some or the new excuses given by the dealership i have my
