I am fr. John s from kanyakumari district, karode village, i am a priest. I had bought a maruthi wagonr car (Tn 75 ae 4880) vehicle from srivatsa, nagercoil last april 20th 2018. And i bought a maruthi alto 800 car for my sister in the month of january 2019. Through me two of friends also bought maruthi swift and marithi ecoe respectively from srivatsa, nagercoil. After using 10 months the car, wagonr i would like to change my vehicle and i contacted to srivatsa nagercoil and from there mr. Johnsly (Gm) suggested me to exchange with maruthi brezza. He told me that there was one 2018 manufactured model maruthi brezza available. He told me that the on-road price of that vehicle was rs. 1070000/- and he promised me so much offers. I have booked that vehicle by giving rs. 11000/- on 19th february 2019. Then he put rs 440000/- for my old vehicle wagonr. The next day (20th february) he gave me the new maruthi brezza red color vehicle. I was asking the real payment and offers for the vehicle day by day 21st february onwards. But he was skipping all my request. Finally on 12th march he sent one payment list through mr. Shanker. It was utterly different from what was told by mr. Johnsly (Gm). Really i was shocked. And i asked mr. Shanker and mr. Johnsly about that but they both blamed me and confused me. They put different price and without all the promised offers for that vehicle. On 15th march i went to srivatsa, nagercoil showroom and met mr. Johnsly (Gm). He and his team did not consider me. I had given the cancellation request to gm. He received it and told me that he would give me the money of old vehicle and booking amount. Altogether rs. 215500/-. Mr. Johnsly promised me that immediately after taking the vehicle back he could refund the money to my bank account. He sent mr. Sivathanu with the same promise and took back the vehicle (Maruthi brezza) on 19th march. I was asking the money on that day. They do not refund the amount till now. As a priest i need to do so many works. Because of this problem i feel so sad and i cannot concentrate my works. I telephoned so many times to mr. Johnsly but he did not pic my call. I need the money now itself otherwise problem will become serious. My people will come with media and press to your showroom. So kindly i request you to make solution immediately.
