It is very unfortunate that commitment given by nexa is not honoured stating that they are not receiving any car delivery from maruti. The car was booked on september 1, 2017 and maximum waiting time written in the booking was 10 to 12 weeks. However the salesperson assured that the same will be delivered by september end on the occassion of dussera which didnot happen, next commitment was of dhan teras which also didnot happen. Now even maximum period of 12 weeks have lapsed and still there there is no visibility on delivery date.
This was never expected from the company like maruti or its premium (?) dealer nexa.
Now even the cancellation and switching to other car brand will result in another wait period of 1 - 2 months.
Who can establish the reason for delay and compensate for this. Was this information helpful? |
