Maruti Suzuki India — car not picking up for service

Dear team maruti i have request your maruti service centre (Bhatia & company, dakaniya) for picking my maruti swift zxi at my office address dadabari, kota on today morning 9:30 am.
There customer care told me we have send our executive name (Manoj [protected]) to your address for picking up your car but after my 4 calls nobody come for picking up my car.

So, ridiculous service of your service centre.
