I have purchased the vitara brezza vdi (Reg. No is pb 10 gl 9596) in year in 4 sep 2017. From stan autos private limited g t road, near satguru partap hospital, sherpur chowk, ludhiana, punjab 141003
After some time i face some problems like my car doors are defected. I went stan autos service station and got them my concern related to the front non driving side gate as it has some problem like it doesn't get shut easily and there was some noise of some metal object hitting the door from inside from the driving side gate but they are not addressing this well, there is the defect in the door. I have visited service station many times...
When i meet the manger and i asked all about the promblem... Then he dont gave me any responce...
I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of manager. Maruti image severely, and even though i like the car and the brand, but due to such pathetic service, i don't think i'll be recommending maruti to anybody if it continues in the same way.
I request you to take appropriate action against stan autos at the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. Thanking you in anticipation.
