Dear concern,
I am using maruti ritz since 2011 and continuously service made at maruti authorized service station only.
Henevforth as per normal routine service i surrendered my vehicle no up70 bp9095 to greenland motors service station teliarganj prayagraj on 22nd june. And got a call from service manager mr sunil (Mob no [protected]) regarding completion of job at 5.30 pm. When i reached service at approx at 6 pm it was desperately insisted to made payment first and collect the vehicle later. I did not noticed and made a payment of rs 5659.0 and got the keys to collect the vehicle approx 200 meters away from service station which was kept at a petrol. Pump, don't know why?
I usually started my vehicle and reached home and when i was shutting my door closed i noticed the back seat was leaned so i open my back door and tried to make it straight but was not able to make it fix. I tried again and was not able to.
Then i realised why everything was happened in hurry.
The seat had been broken by the service team and had not been informed. Immediealtly called up mr sunil and made complaint, in revert he confirmd that he is aware about this and its happening cause of cng kit fiited un my vehicle
I totally failed to understand as cng kit had been fitted for more than 3 years and vehicle got serviced so many time but never it happened.
I minutely again checked and found the people at service station made their best efforts to make it fixed and as a result of their best efforts my seat got broke
Now mr sunil is saying he will make it rectify but have to come after monday. I am a working guy and not feasible to come again and again to service station and also i have lost 5000 at least just cause of sevice station mistake.
Kindly resolve and reimburse the compensation to avoid any further legal action yo be taken from my end.
