I purchased a maruti suzuki celerio zxi amt just a couple of weeks back. We noticed a few defects when we went to take the delivery of the car. The major ones were significant lagging during the gearshift, huge gaps in dashboard joints and the floor mat was unevenly sitting on the floor. The car showroom people said that they would rectify them during the first service. Now they are saying that they are manufacturing defects and the dealer has no role in it. They are asking me to directly handle with maruti suzuki. My brand new car is lying in the showroom for the last couple of weeks. Can someone from the company take notice of my problems and rectify them. Was this information helpful? | |||
